Apply a white or pearly eyeshadow or dust on the inner corners of your eyes. This makes your eyes look bigger and brighter!

TWO
Apply a champagne colored eyeshadow to your bottom lip in the center then coat with a clear closs. This makes you lips seem fuller and volumized.

THREE
Before putting on cream eyeshadow, apply foundation on your eye to prevent creasing. This will also make the color stay longer.

FOUR
Do you ever get static hair after blow drying or straightening your hair? Take a Bounce Dryer Sheet and run it over your locks.

FIVE
For bigger lips, you can also try taking a lip liner pencil in a shade a little darker than your lips and shade just a little area on you upper lip curves. Apply a gloss, or lip stick.

SIX
To make newly painted nails dry faster, try putting them in icy water.

SEVEN
For lighter colored hair without dying it, try put chamomile tea on your hair before you go out in the sun.

EIGHT
To make lashes seem fuller and thicker try taking a eyeliner pencil and mark very small dots right above your lashline.

NINE
Before you give yourself a manicure with polish, swipe your nails with a face-toner soaked cotton ball. This will get id of oilds and residue from hand lotion or your fingers.

TEN
If you ever have greasy hair from too many products or anyother reason, try putting a tad bit of baby powder on your greasies. Baby powder soaks up moisture and residue. Then spray hair with an alcohol based hairspray. The alcohol soaks up moisture also.

According to Star Magazine, Britney Spears is on her second off-spring: Britney Spears and husband Kevin Federline are telling friends that they're expecting another child in less than six months. Sean Preston is barely a year.
"I'm pregnant!" revealed the 24 year-old pop star told her neighbor at a indoor spa at a Maui's Four Seasons Hotel where Britney, Kevin and baby Preston are staying. There suite is $12,000-a-night in the Presidential suite. Britney and Kevin looked like they were maybe headed for a divorce. Kevin had broken his promises several times - that Britney became crushed and jetted off to Maui with her baby, to take break from Kevin and record her new album.
But now with a second baby coming, Brit and Kevin appear to be very happy with one another for now. "Britney seems very cheerful and happy", an eye-witness at the Four Seasons told Star. "She definitely looks pregnant and she doesn't seem to be making any effort to hide. She seems to be already showing her bump."

Oh, the horror of it all for Paris Hilton and fiance Paris Latsis. Mr. and Ms. Paris wedged a weeklong visit to London into their schedule en route to his native Greece -- where they plan to make a horror movie, the pair reveal to PEOPLE.

"We are shooting this September in Mykonos," says Latsis, who says he will produce the project and that it was his idea.

His muse is none other than Hilton, who has the lead role. As for filling the other parts, "We are doing the casting now," he added.

On stage Madonna performed a heartfelt rendition of her classic "Like A Prayer" with a full gospel choir and "Music" with breakdancers. Backstage, however, she reportedly performed like a mean girl and asked to be kept "far away" from Mariah Carey during the extravaganza in London's Hyde Park reports the New York Post. "Just let me know when she leaves her trailer, because that's when I'm outta here," the Material Mom said. "I want to be kept as far away from her as possible." No word on why Mariah and Madge don't get along

Q:  Why did you change your hair from red to blonde?
A:  I changed it for a movie that im doing called A Prarie Home Companion. I play Meryl Streeps daughter, and shes on the dirty-blonde side. Ill probably go back to red-- I dont know. It depends on what movie I do, but Im going to go back to red as soon as I can.

Q:  I saw your picture in a magazine. You look thin. Are you being healthy and are you eating right?
A:  Yes, I am. I am starting to work out which makes a difference.

Q:  Does it bug you to have people put more emphasis on your body than on your music or films?
A:  Yeah it is. I am an actress and it shouldnt be about what I weight or what my size is or what i look like. The more important thing is what films i am doing and how im handling my career.
